A nurse accused of murdering seven babies killed one of them on her fourth attempt and offered to take photographs of the body, a court was told.

Lucy Letby, 33, murdered “Baby I” by injecting air into her bloodstream, it is alleged. She is also accused of attempting to murder 15 more babies between June 2015 and June 2016 in the neonatal unit of the Countess of Chester Hospital, Cheshire.
