The Wagner paramilitary boss has ordered troops to turn back ’to avoid bloodshed’ after advancing on Moscow earlier today (24 June).

Footage shared widely on social media shows mercenary troops being told the orders on approach to the Russian city.

One member can reportedly be heard saying in Russian, “Let’s go home.”

Wagner mercenary boss Yevgeny Prigozhin made the announcement to his soldiers in an audio message.
